Donating to the CIAAI. CIAAI is a nonprofit organization that is registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as 501(c)(3) organization, for educational and public safety purposes. The CIAAI 501(c)(3) does not accept any donations when it comes to a political activity. The CIAAI 501(c)(3) does not and cannot donate to a political campaign. Individuals and/or companies that donate to the CIAAI can deduct their gifts up to 100% of their AGI (Adjusted Gross Income). Other 501(c)(3) organizations can give to the CIAAI 501(c)(3), these contributions must be used for charitable purposes.

Donations to the CIAAI will be used towards training events throughout the year to help lower costs to our members and/or our Randy Rudloff Scholarship for individuals that would like the opportunity to go to trainings with room and board, if funds are available. At no point will an individual or shareholder receive a financial benefit from the CIAAI 501(c)(3). No private interests from board members or other staff members shall be provided financial benefits. Board members and staff members are voluntary based with the understanding of no financial obligation from the CIAAI. The board may approve of registration fees discounted or waived for training events, for board members and/or staff members if the amount does not directly affect the general membership.

Donations to the CIAAI 501(c)(3) are required to have a donation receipt for each donation provided to the donator. The following information is required to create a donation receipt and can be used tax forms. According to IRS regulations, donators should retain all donations receipts and related records for at least three years from the date of the donor's tax return or from the date the donation was made, whichever is later.

Please note this donation is not going towards an attendance to an event registered with the CIAAI.
